When an illiterate scarecrow enters an economic city, the people elect him as manager.

An illiterate scarecrow enters an economic city, the people have trusted him and elect him as manager, the scarecrow is elected as manager. But the people realize that he is illiterate and because he is illiterate he has jeopardized the economy, the people take back their votes but the scarecrow tortures the people with a whip, the people unite, the scarecrow falls. After the fall of the scarecrow, people together rebuild the industrial city. People use their body parts to build their homeland and their industrial city.
